There are five Trustees who meet monthly, when practicable, to discuss and decide on charity grant making. The Cook Foundation UK is a pure and simple grant making trust with no direct activities, no staff, no property, minimal administrative overheads, no trustees’ expenses or trustee payments of any kind.
