The charity is constituted as a Charitable Trust by Deed dated 2nd July 1995 and was registered by the Charity Commission on 14th August 1995. The principal object of the charity is “The support of such charity or charities or for such charitable purpose or purposes as the Trustees in their absolute discretion think fit”.
